アイヌを学べるウポポイ 民族共生象徴空間
札幌から車で約1時間、
アイヌについて学べる「ウポポイ民族共生象徴空間」へ行きました！
スタッフさんたちから「イランカラプテ（ようそこ、こんにちは！）」とアイヌ語で声掛けしてもらえます
ウポポイはアイヌ語で「（大勢で）歌うこと」らしく、ちょうど伝統芸能上演が始まるタイミングだったので行きました。
半円状のホールで、アイヌの人々が狩猟で獲物を採ったときに歌う舞踊やお祝いの踊り、楽器演奏などを通じて伝統芸能を体感できます。
ほかにもアイヌにまつわる展示や当時の暮らしぶりが分かる建物の再現など、2時間では見きれないほど。
お互いに、漫画「ゴールデンカムイ」が好きだったので、とっても盛り上がりました！
札幌で成吉思汗だるまへ
ウポポイから1時間ほどドライブしながら札幌へ戻ってきました。
札幌では、早めの夕食で成吉思汗だるま７.４店へ🤤
彼氏さまは東京からの出張で、どうしてもジンギスカンが食べたいとのことでこちらへ！

[Sapporo] Ainu Upopoy Folk Museum and Genghis Khan Date

Upopoy: A symbolic space for ethnic coexistence where you can learn about the Ainu
About an hour’s drive from Sapporo, we went to the Upopoy Symbolic Space where you can learn about the Ainu!
The staff will greet you in Ainu language, saying “Irankarapte (Hello there!)”
Upopoy apparently means “singing (in a large group)” in Ainu, and I went there just as a traditional performing arts performance was about to start.
In the semicircular hall, you can experience traditional performing arts such as the dances sung by Ainu people when they catch their hunted prey, celebratory dances, and musical instrument performances.
I was overwhelmed by the power of it all, I felt tingling all over my body!
There are also other Ainu-related exhibits and replica buildings that give insight into how people lived at the time, so there’s more than you can see in just two hours.
We both loved the manga “Golden Kamuy,” so we had a lot of fun!

Visit Genghis Khan Daruma in Sapporo
From Upopoy, we drove for about an hour back to Sapporo.
In Sapporo, we went to Genghis Khan Daruma 7.4 for an early dinner.
My boyfriend was on a business trip from Tokyo and he really wanted to eat Genghis Khan, so we came here!
The customer was very satisfied with their first Genghis Khan, saying it was delicious! Thank you very much ✨

Although it was my first time meeting him, we had a lot of common topics to talk about, like Golden Kamuy and food, so it was a lot of fun!
